Busy times

Only two weeks left of school and more things are going on in my head than ever... The sun is finally shining today and the fair is going on here in Santa Barbara so we're gonna go there with a couple of friends so that should be fun :) How's the weather where ever you are? I can't believe that this school year have been going by so fast, it feels like it was only a month ago I was home with my family.
Right now the whales a migrating so I've seen two whales swimming by our park here when walking the dog, pretty cool! This is the first time in my entire life that I've seen a whale and to see it like that was amazing.
My brother wrote to me today telling me he got a job, congratulations!! I'm so excited for him :)
Otherwise I think I'm gonna be super busy now until school's out so I'm apologizing in beforehand for not updating so much.
Now I'm gonna go and eat breakfast but I'll be back here as soon as I can, I want to make sure to keep everyone updated on my life in Cali!

Sharks in the water

Thursday is back again. The weeks are going buy SO fast! Tonight I have class, actually in about 50 minutes. I'm going on a field trip, not very far, only downtown. I'm gonna go and see a rehearsal for my teachers opera that she sings in. This weekend the weather is supposed to be very good so I'm gonna hang out on the beach aaaall day.
So here's the deal... Yesterday I decided to go surfing for the first time. It was so fun! I didn't stand up or anything but I caught them laying down and that was good for me. And right now our friend Corinne came over and told me that there was a great white in the harbor today attacking a sea lion. So this equals.... NO MORE MIKAELA IN THE WATER!

Many men..

..Many many many many men. is what is coming out through our speakers right now. We're hanging out drinking beers, playing video games and music games with Martha, Jason and Corinne. A very good Friday in my opinion. It has been raining a whole lot today, just pouring down and also some thunder and lightning. How was your Friday?
We went to Michael's today to buy some arts and crafts to have and play with in the rain and I found glowing in the dark soap bubbles that I of course had to buy.
Now it's my turn to play video games but I'll be back!

Long time, No see

It's been a while since I wrote here. I've been busy with Spring Break, school and I guess... fun stuff, ha! I don't know what I've been up to really but time sure is running by fast, really fast, it's almost a little scary. The other day we were a group going kayaking. I know, again, but it's so much fun and you see so many cool things out there. This time we saw, my favorite animal, dolphins. It started with that Joe said he said something coming out of the water and then I turned around and there they were, a whole bunch of them. I don't think I've even had such a big adrenaline rush in my entire life. I just yelled to Cody to paddle, and to paddle fast. While Im trying to find our camera in our bag a dolphin comes up about 8 feat (2 meters) away from our kayak, I almost pooped my pants! and oh did I scream, I was so excited.
Anyways, school is still going good and I keep getting my good grades. We just got back from dinner, we were a few going to Fish Enterprise which has really good food so now I'm full and ready to lay down, watch a movie and go night night. I'm so tired. Tomorrow school and then the weekend again. I'll see you soon!

Today I watched Cody surf and we came up with the great idea.... Let the dog surf! And so he did, and he hated us after haha. Oh well, it was fun.
